Lifeline Rentals Prices

We deduct our management fees from the rents that we bring in from the tenant. We get paid only when we perform the service. The property owner does not pay any management fees up front.

Long-Term Rentals

1. Tenant Procurement Fee: Our tenant procurement fee is equivalent to one half of one month’s rent when we successfully secure a new tenant for your property, with a minimum fee of $900.
2. Renewal Fee: For lease renewals, we charge a commission of 40% based on the monthly rental amount, with a minimum fee of $400.
3. Management Fee: Our management fee is set at 8% of the monthly rental amount per unit. However, we have a minimum charge of $90 per unit.
4. Advertising: We are pleased to offer our own suite of advertising services at no additional charge to you.

Short-Term Rentals

1. 20% of the Short-term nightly rate for stays of less than 30 days.
2. 20% of the Short-term monthly rate for says of 30 days or more.
