Rather than you having to drop everything to go show your property, your rental property will be shown personally by one of our on-staff licensed real estate agents. We will not allow the prospective tenant to self-show your house. No one will have access to your home other than our leasing agents and property management staff.

We take most of the guesswork out of tenant screening. We obtain the standard reports: credit report and criminal history, employment verification and tenant history. But we go the extra steps to obtain eviction filing reports, confirm the employer and landlord are legitimate, and search the internet to obtain as much information as possible. Lifeline Rentals’ applications department is trained to notice red flags and to dig deeper to get the true story. We will advise you of the pros and cons of each applicant and keep you compliant with Equal Housing Opportunity laws.

Our leasing agent will meet with the tenant at the property in order to sign our lease document and move-in inspection form which itemizes the condition of the rental home in detail.
