About Lifeline Rentals

Lifeline Rentals was founded out of necessity, driven by our own real estate ownership and investment endeavors. Despite several attempts to work with existing property management companies, we soon realized that we needed a company focused on serving property owners with the urgency and professionalism they deserve. This realization led us to create a property management company that prioritizes the needs of property owners over broker commissions and other short term motivations.

Our dissatisfaction with the status quo prompted us to design policies and procedures that directly addressed the pain points experienced with conventional property management companies. By identifying and reinventing these challenges, we have been able to deliver exceptional levels of service and satisfaction to our valued clients. Our primary goal was to improve the management of our own properties, but we were pleasantly surprised to discover that our approach also attracted high-quality tenants who were a pleasure to serve. This positive tenant experience, in turn, fostered a work environment that was fulfilling and rewarding for our staff which engendered even more willingness to perform at higher levels for our tenants and clients.

Word spread quickly among other investors and property owners who took notice of our achievements and culture. Before long, we were entrusted with the management of portfolios belonging to our friends as wells as additional investors. We found that doing things the right way brought its own rewards in numerous wonderful ways.
