Pay Rent – Your Options
We make it convenient to make your rent payments.
By logging into your tenant portal you are able to make a payment through your checking account with an e-check or pay with your debit or credit card. Payment made through your tenant portal are applied to your tenant ledger immediately and is the quickest way to make a payment. There is a $3 convenience fee for an e-check and a $34 plus 2.99% convenience fee for a debit or credit card payment.
You may also use your bank’s online billpay or mail a cashier’s check or money order to the address below.
